POORLY RUN, BAD SERVICE

I returned a pair of shorts there 3 months ago. I did not have my debit card and wrote a check for them, returning them the next day. I was told I had to get a check mailed to me as it had not been 14 days, understandably. I have yet to get the check. Its only 30 bucks but its the point..I have called 4x and cannot get a return call, even though I have asked for the manager to call. I have two young boys really into sports, was a frequent customer but I will not go ever go back. The people that work there are like 12 years old.
